OPERATION BTCV IS UNDERWAY
It started with 121 applications for one flexible job.
Behind those applications were military spouses with degrees, careers, experience and incredible skills — people who had adapted, relocated, started again and again, and somehow learned to build careers around a life that doesn't always play by normal rules.
We realised the problem wasn't the talent. It was the way employers were looking at it. So, naturally, we decided to do something about it. Beyond the CV was born.
We're building a movement to help employers look beyond traditional career paths and recognise the resilience, adaptability and experience that don't always fit neatly onto a CV.
And we're starting with the military spouse community.
