We're developing a dedicated space where military spouses and partners can discover jobs, career opportunities and employers who recognise what they have to offer.
We hope to bring together opportunities from businesses that understand military life, alongside roles that offer flexibility, remote working and opportunities for career development.

We're developing an app designed to help match your skills with suitable opportunities and search the job market on your behalf.
Our aim is to help you discover roles you might never have thought to search for yourself.
Perhaps your experience in retail could translate into administration. Perhaps your volunteering has given you skills that employers are actively looking for. Or perhaps your career has taken so many different directions that you're not quite sure what to search for anymore.
We want to help connect the dots.
The app is still in development, and we're exploring how best to make it genuinely useful for our community.
